I would like tom to push his Biometric soution in India because they're vamping their infrastructure,they have SO MANY people in India which I doubt most have an ID.

Something like what Tom could offer would be amazing technology as a basis for a ID system that would be designed from the ground up to use biometrics for verification.

Even if they don't use the technology to build a National ID system, they're building new hospitals and secure facilities that could utilize what Tom could offer instead of an old inconvenient badge system.

Tom should have his generals push to have Iraq & Afghanistan for girl schools and other places that could be threatened by sick individuals.
