I will have to get into the filing dates and try to determine when the offering price was set and what the discount was at that time. Looking at time frames it sure seems $2 should have been the threshold.
I can think of many scenarios, but they would just be baseless speculation until more details emerge.
Don't have the time right now, so will probably have to wait until the weekend.
I will say that raising $60million could be a good thing in that no big pharma can low ball (if there are possible deals) opining IDRA can't go it alone. I really don't have a plan right now.
Baker has been involved in this kind of capital raising in other stocks they have a large interest in and the biggest run came after a R/S on some. I have a hard time believing this is because of negative necessity, but rather part of "someone's" plan.(read optimism) As far as we know science is still progressing and positive so I will be watching closely for coming news on trials and science.

I'm with you. I was trying to be optimistic here but this is complete BS. I've seen worse companies get offerings done at market price. I'm still going to load heavily here because I do like the long term prospects of the company & can only hope that most of these shares go to the Baker Brothers. Won't be fooled next time though.
