That was actually a question brought up in a company conference call in the last year. Ms. Mars said the reason is a conflict of interest. She is connected to Boustead securities which provides services to RXMD. Therefore, buying RXMD would be a conflict of interest as an officer to Boustead securities. So there is a legitimate reason why she does not buy at this point.
