We don’t know enough about the deal to make a judgement as to how real and tangible it is and what it will realistically mean to BVTK in the future. There is simply not enough information to judge that.
And nothing Tom said yesterday furthered the ball down the field. There was nothing new. For all we know Dennis O’Leary could be taking BVTK for a ride. While for a moment last week when the 8K came out it looked like a done deal...that notion was put to rest the following day.
To me at least, after hearing Tom talk he came off as a typical penny stock bullshit artist. His answer about why they won’t ungag the TA was a particularly smelly piece of BS.
