Bharat Parikh & Associates seems to have a hard time revealing who is involved with the company. The Profiles page merely says that info is "coming soon", but that page has been up for quite some time now. I tried to find something on the Texas Secretary of State and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy web sites, but those agencies don't seem to know that BP&A exists. Perfect Tax and BP&A share the same Texas address. It's odd that Texas is aware of Mahesh Thakkar's company, but Bharat Parikh flies completely under its radar.
