I am sure anyone could come up with any scenario no matter how unlikely...but here is the thing...he has to do something. What he said on the call was no different than what he has been saying for over a year and a half.
But beyond his words there is nothing to suggest he is any closer now than in Feb 2016....and next week is when show time starts for those 0.0005 notes.
