Md Partners or Rockwell Partners - cant remember but either way both were false since Company denied either one or the $4 price and nothing became of it proving it was something instigated by a lone ranger firm/s hoping to arbitrage a profit that never panned out and never went anywhere

I think they probably made a few calls and then vanished when there was no way of an arbitrage profit to be made for themselves
ie buy most of the shares and tried to sell back to mgmt at a profit or hold them for a turnaround gain - who knows what their strategy to make those lone ranger calls on their own was

but that's a ancient story now
