Actually 8k today has much better terms than the original deal. HelpComm no longer gets 600mil shares that they can sell at any price. 1 preferred share = 4800 shares at .005 avg PPS, 2400 shares at .01, etc. Well equate to much less than 600mil shares. Their 100k shares will be worth $2.4mil regardless of PPS
