Yes indeed, disappointed and confused
For speculators following this stock the news of the 10Q filing should have indeed caused the price to spike to some degree
Really only 2 options: the news isn't significant or the price is being manipulated. The former is significant to at least some degree, so hence the latter
Regardless of the Bitcoin price movement
