So, just so its clear. $$Jeffrey $$Greene rolled out a spy software product that parents could install on their kids computer, to send them alerts of inappropriate content.
He then collected the data of children...ie minors. Then attempted to sell that data through another product called Pulse, without disclosing to the parents of parental controls product that he was selling their kids data.
