The debt securities went to Len who offered them to raise funds.

The debt securities that Lenny got are paid back to Yo Adrian through his consulting contract with his other scam LLC PBDC. This has nothing to do with Lenny making a legit company out of this sham but it does have everything to do with Yo Adrian cashing in.
