It’s up to 1-100 split. The max amount wouldn’t make much sense. Enough to get it to .25 to trigger warrants however would, considering how much management would make, adding even more dilution

That came out last DECEMBER! Everyone here knows that, we do our DD. The company voted to RS IF they found it necessary. That expires this December. Doubt they RS with an OS less than 200 million.
