I would say if its near its 52 week low with the way the markets are its probably not that great of a stock. I would say look for a solid stock that might have been beaten up on the charts for a bounce. Not something that is down at its 52 week low.

Agree with Matt24d; if looking at 52week low - extensive DD needs to be done as of why is at 52week low.

how about this one (lol) DRYS 52 week high $799,680.00 now at $4.60's -- that's after 100 R/S's -- LOL -- DRYS dilution always around the corner. BUT I am making $$$
