First, the company had $26mill in revenue last year, and had $10mill as of the filing this year (June). See the issue is you think its the same management from a few years ago. You need to look things over and educate yourself on the matter. Do you think courts approve asset sales on just shares in a company? Research David Platt, Ray Soudah, etc etc etc and tell me that they cant get funding if they desired.
