My point was, if FINRA were to discover some criminal activity by GIFA officers, it could throw a cog in the wheel of moving forward with any corporate actions by FRFS/GIFA. If Cramer, the convertible note buyer that was being investigated and it held up a corporate action by ECOS, than criminal activity (or even an accusation/arrest) by a GIFA officer would surely prompt some questions by FINRA.
