If this can break and close about the 20SMA it will start to build a nice chart again after a big retrace and reset.

RSI is low, william% is low and so far this has bounced off the trend line and Fibionicci retrace at .004/.0039 so if that holds and this closes green above the 20 then we have some positive momo building
