ALL this talk of poison pills and anti-takeover is an excuse to explain the dilution. "we have to dump 13.4 billion because we're scared of being taken over" Winick must be loving this right now.

lol even if BKMP is bought out they would only get 20% of TFN which is nothing compared to 80%.

just want to clarify,

I thought BKMP owned 20% of BlackOut Communications (not TFN) and BlackOut Communications owns a majority of TFN. Correct me if I'm wrong and it may not be a big issue but it seems like since BlackOut Communications is a majority of TFN and not 100% it is conceivable BKMP may own as little as 10% of TFN.
