once it made it to this PPS range is normal manip on bottom, that took advantage on ticker not being very well known in the market place, and the recent increase in OS.. NOW is held down till ma50/ma100 cross.. after that it will go into a bullish cycle
To get it down here.. was the real effort trick..lol lot of time was needed to allow those moving averages to descend.. just have a look .. I love to see history in the pictures.. lol
the fins are very similar to back then.. the OS is higher, but not that bad considering no RS ever since 2011.. ;)
it just require some setup time (all ma's to come squeezing down here.. providing low resistance, before the burst)
