It's Useless If MCIG Never Sells Marijuana that is cultivated from that land.
At this time, all we know is that MCIG allegedly put a bid on land.
Don't know if the bid was accepted by the land owner.
What the bid price is for the land.
If it closed.
And, what the contingencies are.
And, that doesn't even begin to address the fact that MCIG has NOT secured a cultivation license yet - and that MCIG still has to meet a ton of land use regulations.....that I'm sure MCIG was unaware since the bid announcement occurred before the Kern County vote...
