#73108 RE: CEOs #73107

That is a very good point. Those are the key players who know the project details better than anyone. Appreciate all of your DD, CEOs.

MMEX's irrelevant "accomplishments" and "affiliations".

KP engineering- prelim design and assessment

Who cares... if MMEX gave them other people's money to cogitate about building an imaginary refinery, KPE wins, not MMEX investors. Talking about building a refinery is substantively different than actually building a refinery. Commissioning the engineering and implementation plans for a real refinery takes real money, time, and actual work, vs. imaginary, fantasy, magical thinking.

MMEX only has magical thinking.

Trinity consultants- Environmental assessment and permit application

Trinity will take anyone's (other people's) money to fill in the blanks on a form, complete a checklist, and create the TCEQ Type O permit, an administrative, permit by regulation, for which TCEQ even provides the tools for even the most challenged applicant to apply. MMEX had to hire someone to do this, as they lack even the most basic internal competence to complete an administrative PBR application.

vfuels- CDU design and construction

Who have fewer than five employees, was formed in Feb. 2017, and has no verifiable track record of delivering anything in the United States.

TCEQ- air permit assessment and approval

Who, under statute, must issue a PBR if the form is filled out correctly, and the application is complete.

None of this proves anything, other than perhaps MMEX can hire someone to fill out a form that they are too incompetent to complete. They did pay the $100 permit fee, using other people's money.

Go MMEX! Auger on in!
