Not speaking for him, but I believe he was implying that the PPS will sometimes push the market cap higher than most people believe the market cap should logically be. I’m guessing he knows how the market cap is derived.
While Neo is very astute and normally correct on a wide range of topics, I will politely disagree with him on the point of the potential PPS. I have seen a defunct battery company push millions upon millions of shares from .0001 to .02 based on pure speculation and a denial of that speculation from the company. While I think the price point is about half of the .10 cent range, the settlement could trigger a steep rise based on the accumulation chart alone. IMHO.
