Yes the OTC is like the wild west. Especially before hard numbers are reflected in actual filings anything goes. Once hard numbers are published and especially if they are audited, then the real money will come in to stay. If all of the revenue announcements are realized and ultimately reflected in the audited financials, the share price will be a lot higher than it is now.
