Off by a week. Why? It makes me wrong. They capped half an arbitrage trade with a light at end of tunnel for 4% premium. The cap was induced from lack of buyers to facilitate the other side.
Private investors are trading common around non register shares that will become live Upon any event of change. The lack of interest is expediting closure to eliminate a tech play.
It would be in my best interest if I cold convince everybody to sell....and then time it right...???lol
