Says who? American Airlines reorganized and shareholders did very well. You didn't understand ,all parties would have to agree. Your debt is worth zero right now in the open market. This has to be a win for everyone or it won't happen and everyone loses. You can take your debt and judgements and wall paper your wall with it. Because that is what it's worth without the cooperation of the shareholders. The equity happens for everyone when machines are sold.
