He is the bank. And, he's all in. "Billionaire" muscled TMPS into giving up control. I suspect the only reason he didn't completely take it over was to say out of jail for RICO. In any eventuality the "Billionaire" wins be it through turnaround or BK.

In the scheme of things, that $12M is peanuts. And, TMPS may just be using it for show anyways. No way they can access anywhere near that full value at current pps. That could change if turnaround. Even better with turnaround and not using the Puts at all or minimally.

Is anyone seeing that huge 56K Bid on Level 2 by NITE? Something is up with that Bid.
