IMO the longer this is delayed the stronger chances for a solid climb in pps are due to cramming all the good news down our throats in a shorter amount of time. I'm kinda liking this actually

Then that is a terrible protocol on OTC's part. They are just going to upgrade stocks without checking the submitted reports first?? And then downgrade the status again if they find anything missing?? This manipulates the pps.
