It remains to be seen the effects of each TMPS Put to GHS Investments in order to access capital. Less is better than more because selling TMPS shares to GHS Investments at a discount means shareholders bear that cost or loss of equity to finance each of these Put transactions. This is the "No Free Lunch" aspect of the deal. And its corollary is "Pay Me Now or Pay Me Later".
