It is pretty amazing that Alex allows the share structure to be updated daily. I don't think I have ever been in another penny stock that was that transparent (I always had to call or email the TA). My hope is that the OS tops out at 350 million and when the company starts making money they will buy back 100 million shares. I really don't think it will hurt us in the long run if they have to raise the OS and the share structure tops out at 400 to 500 million, as long as the money is being used wisely. Many years of thought and planning has been put into UATG, if they can even achieve half of their potential, I think the share price could top a dollar.
