Yup! At about a dime. And it will most likely be a 1:10 to bring the share price to $1 or maybe a 1:50 to bring the share price to $5.
In any case it will be a blessing to see it happen. And the current AS gives Janon more than enough shares to utilize until we are build strong enough to maintain that run to 10 cents.
Keep in mind that he can get a loan when we are trading at a nickel for $250,000 that would literally only dilute the OS about 10 million shares. Conversions are all relative to the current share price when they convert.
