There is a 'chance' that Tom isn't happy with the pps at .005 and wants to try and jump start it with some fresh news, excitement, etc. However, usually these CCs AH mean bad news is coming and he didn't want to upset the market during trading hours, and wants to explain it so the next day it doesn't totally collapse. Just my opinion.
