Where did they get the money? Simple really. From the common shareholder. It explains the near 800 million diluted shares ever since the merger loi began. The money from the merger transaction can only occur if and when the merger is complete.

We still don't know if they have a Mining facility & how much it is going to cost to get those 100 units up and running.. and by then there will probably be a s10 miner or something similar to surpass the s9 in hashpower.
