So your going to base this failing on China, North Korea and Russia not abiding by the patent laws... excuse me... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

They would have ZERO effect on this because first off if they duplicated the product, Europe does recognize them and would ban those countries from selling a patented product, and the largest, per dollar, car buying country in the world, America also recognizes them. Not to mention Canada and all of South America and most of Asia. So whats whats coming down to the ground is the logic in that post.
