Peregrine still owns 100% of PS Targeting rights which must really scare some Big Pharmas

It must be scaring them... That's why they are having a bidding war right now... To see who's gonna be the next "Microsoft of Biotechnology".... It sure isn't gonna be the ones who own it now... I wonder why?... Maybe, just maybe a BP already offered 5 billion for our PS platform but we're holding out for 10 billion!!.... Yeah, that's it!!... We're all gonna be rich!!
