Ya, I remember reading something when they first announced the LOI that they tried to list public in Australia but for some reason it fell through. But I did find this while digging also. Has a little financial info plus some investment numbers?? Had to have come from somewhere.
On the whole "Bitcoin Group" thing I think BCG could be a company with multiple subsidiaries. I say this because the outline of Bitcoin Shop company only talks about the mining ops. Anyway, interesting stuff. But I am wondering if that ticker change page is outdated...hard to tell.
