I would take the current OS and divide by 6x RS then by 8 for the conversion rate to Intiva shares. Dont know the existing Intiva shares right now but may be public info that im not aware of... that will be a dilution into the current trade shares. End of day i see intiva shares trading at 5 to 10 dollars a share and possibly double that. I would say because of some of the recent thing intiva has done and the PR the ceo gets the company market cap sgould be between 50 to 100 million and could easily trade at more in the near future

I think it will roughly end up to be around 3 million shares. Don't hold me to that number, but it will be in that ballpark. Pretty low float here with a company that has some pretty good potentional with there research.
