There is none. If there were, this would already be dollars.
This is a situation where you have to think for yourself and win or lose based on YOUR judgment. The dd is there, but it's not spelled out in a filing for one primary reason: the Chinese culture thinks long term strategy, not the short term crap like the US has evolved into.
They do not want a bunch of penny players buying shares and selling, making it harder to get on the NASDAQ and beyond. They want long term holders who support the company and its management. Why do you think this has been accumulated for the past 10 months?
Some have played this like a typical pinky: They had tens of millions of shares at .0001 and sold under .001 and bragged about how much they made at the time. Now they can only watch. It will be the same at dollars.
I know what I have, and have plans to keep working beyond my first couple million in profits just so I don't have to sell any too early. Hopefully there will be dividends in a couple of years and I'll never have to sell.:-)
