Their comment is EXACTLY the reason I was expecting.. We don't know yet the complexity of what Wessals and Co. are putting into this company to get a 25% position. Remember Wessals said they were putting in $25 mil to allow SLJB to bid on certain materials and contracts.. Clearly a construction materials company needs working capital to allow larger contracts. Forward $$, deposits, etc. have to be paid.. So this doesn't surprise me.. I just hope it is the size of company and complexity I am anticipating..
