Does that "period of time" = whenever, from today, next PPHM ASM occurs?

Or does it equal whenever a deal/event occurs that obviates a next PPHM ASM... or eliminates PPHM itself, with AVID remaining?
Perhaps PPHM BOD compensation then = $0.00 because PPHM, an R&D organization with its IP[including BAVI family, licenses and exosomes kit], no longer exists in the contemplated transition to CDMO.
Speculation:
1) Bamforth is a member of both PPHM and AVID boards currently. His PPHM BOD member designation disappears, AVID BOD designation remains.
2) CJ, ES, and DL, as independent, non-employee, PPHM BOD members, disappear. I do not know for sure whether they are also members of any AVID BOD that currently exists by virtue of their current PPHM BOD membership.
3)Lias is currently President of AVID...his appointment documents indicate he is a PPHM BOD member. Status as a current AVID BOD member is unclear, see 2) above. Lias was not an employee before appointments were made
4) SK stepped down as President of AVID, remains a PPHM BOD member. What status would SK have if PPHM is eliminated, see 2) and 3) above. But he has always been an employee of both PPHM and AVID.
