Despite "operating a large-scale manufacturing facility in Cheonan, South Korea and able to produce cadmium-free quantum dots to meet customers' commercial requirements," I don't think there is any evidence that Dow has sold any to date? Why else would that be if not because the price is too high using Nanoco tech?

Whoever it is, no doubt they have deep pockets to support product development and commercialization, and are probably more ready than China and QMA to introduce product and gain revenue. It is smart to choose a huge multinational corporation (conglomerate?) that probably has quantum dot product IP they can use to make product. If they supply funding, product IP and manufacturing, and QMC provides the quantum dots, we will have a similar strategy situation to QMA but for the rest of the world outside China.
