They could have given shares to the new exec post merger because if they announce it went south those shares will drop pretty quickly. So, why bother even doing the paperwork on all this and instead just pay him cash out of the recent injection?? IMHO this is important and when I posted it surprised no one even commented. Pretty big filing news I think since they paid him in common shares just like ours.
