Me wonders if TurkCell made any noise when they moved to Nasdaq as well?

Turkcell trades on the NYSE. But it doesn't trade ordinary stock; it trades ADRs. Its principal trading venue is in Turkey.

There are another couple of dozen Turkish companies that trade ADRs in the U.S., but they're all OTC.
