If they put out a pre-market NR Wednesday, this could gap hugely simply because some of the brokerage houses may not have updated the shareholder's accounts yet with the new ticker and cusip. Any account that hasn't been updated will be unable to sell. I've seen it happen before, and it's really fun to watch.
I'll bet it's even more fun to be a part of it.
