No directors or officers listed whatsoever

No new management

No financials posted, stop sign for two + weeks.

No payments to long side or k2 as a result of the lawsuits they lost.

Business license for NTGL revoked and NTEK business license expired.

No shareholder meetings for the past 2 years.

No audits being worked on.

No communication with shareholders

Nobody home at kruse drive, ntek "hq" dark and locked up tight.

NO UF 3.0, no new studio deals. Just a fake 4k calendar.

The scam is coming to an end. Foley is backing up into "ultraflix corporation" - NTEK holders are toast.
