There seems to be a lax attitude to this filing requirement. For some reason this wouldn't come up for me yesterday. Right now, California sos isn't showing anything for ultrasux however.
I missed that one somehow. Foley re-instated Ultraflix Corp just a few weeks after Gulas' resignation. Gulas' sworn statement to the court is dated 9 days later.
