Why would Sweeney allow defendants to pick time and place after so many lies, stalls and fights to get these documents from the Gov't. I respect Sweeney because she allowed discovery and actually did her job (unlike lazy Judge Lambert who did nothing). I can't help but get frustrated with her now that she is allowing these continued stalls.
Inaction of court orders practically equal a loss at this rate.

Can't agree more. Watch. The Government lawyers will delay setting a time and place, and the plaintiffs will have to file yet another Motion to the Court for a limited amount of time. Very frustrating.
