HOWEVER, by the action at 6 and 7, someone has a ton of shares that we haven’t been able to chew through without them reloading. To me, that’s a note holder or the company.

I seen no diluting MM's like VERT show up here today. This appears to be all retail to me. Remember, folks loaded tens of millions of shares at .0001 and .0002 area for months. So profit taking is to be expected here.
