Absolutely. I'm a stop limit sell, then chase if need be with good news. The stagnation in PPS, even with DP and BVTK announcement over the weekend, is extremely discouraging. Realists look at this and see a -99% to +500% gains in the medium term. Hedge your bets. I've been on numerous conference calls for OTC stocks and they have been 75% discouraging and share price has fallen after them. I am leaning this way as of now being the amount of talk accompanied by little to no actions and records. It's extremely scam-y, if you will. However if you look at companies like, DOLV (also an investment of mine), they've been rumored to be a shareholder scam for the last year and look where they've gone today. It's all about doing your DD and waiting for PRs. Tweets don't move the share prices any longer.
