I think with dark lady that we have to be patient. but have urged everyone involved to send out a letter to shareholders to comfort them in waiting. the impatient will still howl and whine but the others who actually know or know of johe n will be fortified for the long run. delays and details happen, confidence needs to be fortified sometimes. a letter before holiday season would be that builder.

I wonder what the harm is in sharing post-settlement debt information? Debt-free with even a small amount of cash would be wonderful news. That is puzzling.

On the 15th I emailed a couple of screenshots of a new leepinc dot com with brainiac and he kindly passed them along. Nothing fancy and who knows they might already have something in the works, but if there's a need for help I'll do what I can. We all want to see this company succeed.

Yes that would be nice to know. I also understand your frustration because we are more aware of the history of Leep than most here. You and I both know of the lack of communication to shareholders starting with Grant and leading up to OVC's failed takeover attempt. I remember as I'm sure you do, only hearing from the company once in about 2.5 years leading up to OVC. Other years maybe three press releases. Then it takes 8 months to report on the settlement. We understand confidentiality, but leave the details out and put out a statement that we are back in business. You and I are more than willing to give John time to turn this around and make us money. You and I are the example of what patience is as long as we have been shareholders. But, you and I are also aware of the lack of communication over the years with shareholders (excluding the lawsuit) which makes you and I the only ones screaming for frequent updates. If they are working from Dusk til Dawn, I find it hard to believe they don't have 15 minutes to write an update to tell us their progress over a 30 day period.
