If we want fire out SK, we have to vote NO. An 1-6 RS at $ .35 SP would be cca $2. After big short attacks, and SK friendly tutes actions it could fall easily below $1 before 11/15. RS passes, and CYTR's delisted. Just a possibility. I voted NO.
