Well the OTC had them correct a mistake and re-file the 2nd quarter financials on the 19th and that reset the clock. Tomorrow will be the 3rd business day after the correct filings were posted and the status change almost always happens 3-4 business days after the filings are in. So tomorrow or Wednesday should be the big day.
